Net Earnings
The team split only applies to the team member — not to fees already paid to REAL. REAL calculates its 15% split based on each agent's individual share of the GCI. After a team member caps at $6,000 to REAL, they keep 100% of their portion (minus the $285/transaction fee). The team split may continue after capping if no Team Cap has been set. Team Leaders can optionally set a Team Cap that stops the split once a member reaches a certain threshold.
